What to get in touch about
A figure that looks wrong. The most useful message we can receive. Name the page, the figure and what you believe it should be, ideally with the document you are comparing against. Corrections are published with the date rather than applied quietly.
The embeddable widget. Free to use on any site with no registration and no volume limit, with a visible link back as the only condition. The embed page has the generator; get in touch if you need something it does not produce.
The API. Documented and open with a per-address rate limit. For higher volumes, guaranteed availability or a commercial arrangement, the business page is the right route.
Anything else — a partnership, a data question, a press enquiry, or a correction to something on this page.
What we cannot do is answer individual tax questions. Every calculator here is a planning tool, nobody on this site is a licensed professional, and answering a personal tax question would be exactly the thing the disclaimer says we do not do.

estimatetax.net is operated from Spain. We publish the operating jurisdiction rather than a postal address: it is the part that is true and checkable, and a street address that no correspondence is actually read at would add the appearance of substance without the substance.
In the meantime, the site is maintained by Pablo Ruiz Quintero, whose professional profile is linked from every byline on the site and from the author page. That is a real, checkable identity, which is the part that matters most for a site publishing tax figures.

What makes a message easy to act on
For a figure that looks wrong, the fastest resolution comes from three things: the page, the number as displayed, and the source you are comparing it against. With those, a correction usually takes one exchange. Without them it takes three, and the first two are spent establishing what you meant.
For the widget, the useful detail is what you are trying to do rather than what is broken — a height that clips, a calculator that is not in the list, a jurisdiction that matters to your audience. Several of those are quick changes and some are already possible in a way the page does not make obvious.
For the API, the request you sent and the response you got beat a description of both. If it is a rate limit you are hitting, say roughly what volume you need and the business page is probably the right route.
For anything commercial, what you are building and roughly how many calculations a month. The jurisdiction question changes the answer more than anything else — federal only, all states, or a specific set of municipalities are three quite different pieces of work.
What we can and cannot do
We will check any figure you tell us looks wrong, against the primary source it cites, and publish the correction with the date if it is wrong. A report that turns out to be mistaken costs us nothing and is still worth sending.
We will say when something is outside what we model rather than producing an answer for it. That applies to messages as much as to calculators.
We cannot answer individual tax questions, review your return, or tell you what to put on a form for your particular circumstances. Nobody here is a licensed professional and the disclaimer page says so plainly.
We cannot promise a response time. This is a small operation and correction reports are prioritised over everything else, which occasionally means a commercial enquiry waits.
If your question is urgent and specific to your situation, a professional is the right call rather than a website — and that is true even where the website is this one.
